Good hotel stay. Stayed for 12 nights on 5th floor. Breakfast variety was great, the breakfast staff is excellent. The salt water pool and gym kept very clean and nice, nice work by gentleman who ran it. The doormen were so friendly and smiling always. The room was good size, had hot water kettle and mini fridge, and water in room was fine, we drank it often, saved on buying bottled water. Location is perfect for exploring Georgetown and so many food options nearby, 7-11 and ATM. Price was reasonable. Would stay again.
They charged 5 ringgit for a plastic fork, spoon, paper plate, and container. We just needed a fork, it could have come from restaurant. They did let us know it would cost 5, just seemed odd.

No porter came forward to assist with luggage though they were in the lobby
