Proximity to the golf course
Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working in our room which, in August, is a problem! Reception staff should have told us this at check-in. However, staff were subsequently very helpful & moved us to an apartment with air conditioning, at no additional cost, which solved the problem.

The staff is very helpful, polite, kind, and cheerful. We felt they were prepared for anything. Our family had a wonderful stay. Breakfast is excellent, the ocean view is stunning, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. I must highlight that the housekeepers are amazing! They are quick and incredibly thorough when we return from our day at the pools. The indoor pool is absolutely perfect, the spa is wonderful, and the outdoor pools are also great. There is a main one and two others just past the playground.
I believe it was a one-time situation, but the central AC broke, so we didn't have AC in our rooms. However, I think this was just a situation that would take more time to fix.

Spacious and comfortable room.
Service was inconsistent. The only facilities with a good view were the conference rooms on the roof which is a pity as the view which would have been enjoyable from the restaurant and bar (which had zero atmosphere). The gym was also disappointing so not utilised,
