Ligging, ruimte
Servies niet schoon, leuk 2 badkamers, maar 1 douche tegelijk gebruiken, dan nog is de waterdruk minimaal. 2e sleutel zou wel handig zijn

Great location a few minutes from the Arenal and the bars and restaurants, also secure parking below complex, quiet complex, excellent AC which was needed with the temperatures in Spain, easy to pick up keys and drop off.
Very jaded apartment in need of renovation, patio chairs held together by tape, a light switch fitted upside down resulting in one light constantly on. One sink which would not drain, there appeared in the water small black worms. Beds which needed updating, the cleaning before we arrived was poor, the patio window was filthy as were the glass balustrade around the outside balcony.
