Muy bien equipado y limpio. Muy flexibles con la hora de entrada.
En general todo muy bien, los colchones sí que son bastante blandos y pueden resultar algo incómodos

Ha sido tan increible hospedarnos en este apartamento , limpio con un olor espectacular con todo lo que necesitas, las terrazas maravillosas la piscina todo a mano, supermercados playa del arenal, todo, encima esta semana hemos tenido bastantes dias de sensación termica de 40 y temperaturas de calor elevadosimas, lo cual que el apartamento este acondicionado ha sido ya para darle un 100 si pudiera puntuarlo, espero repetir el año que viene pero para mas de una semana pues a mi marido y a mi nos ha sabido a poco de lo a gusto que estabamos, lugar tranquilo familiar sin ruidos podria decir millones de cosas geniales. Gracias David por abrirnos las puertas de tu casa para disfrutarla y a Gus por su atencion
Nos gusto todo, como sugerencia pondria un par de juego de toallas mas de baño, un par de toallas de piscina y un ventilador de techo en la terraza.

Great location with all the amenities you could need.
Particular highlights were the extremely effective air con, Nespresso machine, a brand new looking washing machine, excellent showers, and the underground parking. The pool area was great and it wasn’t too busy when we were there (end of June/early July).
Only a very short walk to the supermarket (Mas Y Mas) and about 8 minutes walk to the Arenal.
The thing we enjoyed most was the back terrace. It’s a great space which has sun for much of the day and lovely clean loungers.
Communication with both the owner and the property manager was great (we didn’t need them during our stay, just for check in/out).
We had an excellent break here and hope to return!

Our apartment was ground floor, spacious and clean with a large terrace and great location.
The terrace furniture was constantly covered in flies and mess off the trees close to the apartment
