Paul and Lisa were amazing hosts. Our rooms were kept spotless and they were always around to help us with anything we needed.
My bed was very cosy and the room was perfect for our needs. The breakfast is exceptional with a lovely view of the bay whilst eating. The location is perfect. 10 mins walk from the ferry and close to shops, bars and restaurants. The communal lounge downstairs is lovely and again a view of the bay.
Not much to say here. I know I didn't like my hangover however Paul's sympathy helped a little.

The place is in the nice area close to everything. Lisa and husband were very welcoming and cooked very good breakfast everyday for everyone. Very nice view from the window. I would love to stay there again if ever going back to IOM.
Sometimes noisy people at night on the street which can happen anywhere.

Absolutely lovely B&B in perfect location on the promenade in Douglas! We had a super enjoyable stay here. The owners were lovely and very welcoming, chatting to guests and making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was well organised and delicious. Would love to stay again!
