Lovely big room in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk to the Menin gate and into the city centre. Very welcoming host. Car parking off street in a safe residential area. Tea and coffee making facilities.

Very warm welcome by Ria. Shown all around the room. Complimentary mini bar, and town guide (paper).
The location is exceptional considering it can provide parking. Just a few minutes walk from the Menin Gate and main square.
WiFi is also provided.
High quality equipment in the room, e.g. bose system, smeg kettle.
Ria also provided grapes from her garden!
