The communication from Sophie was excellent, plus the directing and how to use the garage, which was really good to store my motorcycle in. Lovely room and facilities. Would definitely use again.

Location was ideal for visiting the Menin gate.
The property had secured parking for motorcycles.
The room and bathroom was very clean.

Amazing view to the Cathedral from the window and the garage parking was great to have. The lady checking is in was very friendly and helpful
We should have had tea/coffee making facilities which were not provided in the room. The bathroom was separate to the actual room - it was private but away from the bedroom something which wasn’t great for us. Not sure it was really a 4* as given

Outstanding view and location. Secure parking. Very pleasant lady greeted us when we arrived early. She was happy for us to park in the garage and to leave the car until we finished sightseeing the next day.
The bathroom was along a passage past an open staircase. The bedroom was tired with some questionable wiring, and even with the windows closed and shutter down the occasional traffic noise was disturbing. The bed creaked loudly with every movement.
