Quirky place, very clean and comfortable. Owners very attentive and breakfast was superb.
We were in ‘poppy’ room, it was just a bit inconvenient having to leave your room to use bathroom especially during the night!

Warm friendly welcome upon arrival, wonderful breakfasts, great location near train station and In Flanders Field Museum. This is a beautifully kept property and we highly recommend it!

Our room was excellent with a view over the beautiful back garden. The room was light and had air conditioning which was great as it was hot during our stay.
The breakfast was very good.
The staff (Brent & Eleen) were very professional and helped us when needed.

The breakfast was varied and creative, always fresh fruit, often freshly cooked pancakes, bacon and egg etc. A lovely home decorated with interesting personal artworks. The hosts were always friendly and helpful, the accommodation is located in the beautiful and historic centre of Ypres with it's historic architecture.
The early 20th century post war reconstruction is sympathetic and beautiful
Nothing really, the effective Air-conditioning was occasionally a little noisy, but that really is a very minor point.
