Very large apartment with all the facilities for self catering if you wished. It was located very near to the centre of Ypres. The breakfast served to our room was excellent and the host was very nice.
It could do with a little upgrading in decor but the owner did say she was going to do this she had only had the property a few days.

The host is a Gentleman, made me feel so welcome straight away letting me park my motorcycle in the courtyard which as a biker we know is paramount especially in a City ,nothing too much trouble, we had a good chat together and was very jovial ,short walk to the centre and The Menin Gate ,pubs and restaurants near by ,had a massive room with walk in shower ,huge comfy bed ,separate TV room and to top it off he personally made a fabulous breakfast to boot ,could want for a better ace to stay,will return.

Great location, 5 minute walk from the centre
Very steep steps to access the room, limited tea and coffee facilities. Earliest breakfast was 8am, we skipped it as we needed to leave early
