The host,Karen, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and provided an extensive good breakfast.
The room had all the facilities and the bed was comfy.
The location is great as it is a short distance to walk into the city.
Street parking outside although patience required as can get busy.

What a lovely place to stay and what a lovely host! Karen was simply amazing; such a warm, kind and knowledgeable host. She gave such great recommendations for places which we hadn’t even considered and we were right to take her advice. The accommodation and breakfast was superb - clean and with lots of lovely little touches along the way. I would love to return in future.
There are no negatives.
Our suite was amazing but there was a climb of two flights of stairs to get to it which my Mum found challenging due to her knees.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return. We simply loved it at Juliette’s ❤️

We loved the location, just around the corner from all the places we wanted to see and were able to park free of charge just opposite. Our host was lovely and very knowledgeable about WW1 history and places to visit. Breakfast was very good and all guests sat on the same table, which meant we had some nice conversation over breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room nicely decorated. All in all, we had a great last night after our month long Europe trip and would stay here again if we return to Ypres.
Nothing. Just sad we couldn't stay longer.
