The location is excellent, central but quiet. Federica is lovely and helpful.

Great location! Just behind Sina Brufani, easy walking distance to all the venues for jazz festival . The Appartment is very spacious with kitchenette and the necessity utensils. Federica, the owner, is very helpful and informative. I have asked her many questions prior to our arrival and she always respond promptly. There’s a great restaurant only a few doors away from the property serves typical Umbrian food with excellent service. The paid underground parking is 5 minutes away through the escalator.
