The view and staff are very accommodative and it's the perfect location in the Dana Biosphere Reserve.
the bathroom toilet needs a bit of repair - the water fill up of the tank was extremely slow and it ran all the time. I'd encourage the staff to look into it.

Staff expertly organized our hike in Wadi Dana. Meals were fantastic! Our room was spacious & comfortable. The door had a screen to let in fresh air & keep out mosquitoes. The location features stunning scenery. Staff welcomed guests with Arabic coffee and sweets. The lobby, which is open for reading & relaxation , is tastefully furnished. The cafeteria opens onto a long outdoor veranda with scenic views and cushioned chairs. Lighting, plumbing were well maintained.
We wish that wi-fi was stronger

Sehr einfach, auch das Abendessen zu teuer für das Angebot.
Der Mietwagen nach Petra war Schrott Fahrzeug
die Türen von innen nicht zu öffnen, Sitze völlig
Kaputt. Zu teuer dazu. Halte ich für Betrügerisch.
