Perfect, quiet location set in beautiful grounds.
Staff were attentive and welcoming, rooms were large and comfortable; our dog friendly accommodation was lovely. Outdoor bar was great. Food was excellent.

The staff are so helpful. We had a problem with getting into our booked accommodation so rang the Oaksmoor to se if they had a room. The receptionist Laura said she would talk to her manager and see what they could do. I am disabled so need a room on one level. They did find a room for us but by then we were able to access where we where staying.
All staff are very helpful . The food is good. A huge breakfast.
Our room. A junior suite. Two arm chairs no side table to put a drink on. The bathroom needed up grading .Especially the shower .We had no hot water in the morning although housekeeping said it was on. We ran it for along time .
Hairdryer was broken. Replaced by housekeeping along with extra toiler paper.
I do not think this room had been used often.
