Beautiful, spacious cave house in a perfect location.

I loved the location-you could see the sassi from the window and the porch. Also, it was the perfect spot to access restaurants and shops. I also loved the decor. It was fun to experience living in a cave house. The owner was also very friendly and gave me great recommendations for restaurants with local food.

Beautiful modern cave home

This was a beautiful, clean home, located within an easy access to the sassi and restaurants/cafés. While a cave home itself, it has modern amenities and convenience, and amazing views right outside the door. Antonio was very welcoming and showed me everything I needed to know about my stay and also provided some great restaurant recommendations. I would definitely book here if I come back to Matera!

The only inconvenience was no shampoo or body wash for the shower

I loved the location-you could see the sassi from the window and the porch. Also, it was the perfect spot to access restaurants and shops. I also loved the decor. It was fun to experience living in a cave house. The owner was also very friendly and gave me great recommendations for restaurants with local food.
