Do not expect much from this property!

Overall we were extremely disappointed with this property from the start, especially due to the hosts’ lack of communication about passports, check-in, and basic arrival details. Upon entering, we found only two towels for a three-night stay, only two rolls of toilet paper, no kitchen paper towels or dish towels, no dishwasher soap, a broken hot-water kettle, and even ants in the corner. With so many missing essentials and zero effort to make the stay comfortable, we would not return to this location.

The location is exceptional.

The upper floor where the bed is located is very noisy to walk on and the internal stairwell is dangerous at night. Also very long walk from parking on cobbled streets with luggage.

Perfect apartment for your romantic getaaay in Matera!

Central location with amazing view from the terrace! The apartment is well equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. We arrived in Matera at noon and asked for earlier check in which was excepted by the host! Huge thanks for that!

The apartment is air conditioned. However the system is not strong enough so it was a bit warmer than we wanted. There were also some leftovers in the fridge. Other than that the apartment was very clean.

The location is exceptional.
