The property was amazing — spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The TV had Netflix, YouTube, etc. already logged in, which was a great touch. The location was also fantastic, making it very convenient to explore the area.Moreover, the owner was super kind !
The only downside was the humidity, which is understandable given the cave-like nature of the property and the limited natural sunlight. The owner had clearly made every effort to manage it, including providing a dehumidifier and taking other measures, which we really appreciated.
That said, if you choose to stay in a beautiful cave-style property for that unique “wow” experience, some humidity is naturally part of the trade-off and something to be aware of when booking. Overall, we still really enjoyed the experience.

Trovandosi arroccata in una collina conta saliscendi di vicoli e scale
Sfortunatamente la vasca idromassaggio non era funzionante, sarebbe stata un toccasana per le gambe
La vasca e posizionata in una camera un po' più interrata (foto 4)
Di notte risulta un po' inquietante e mia moglie ha voluto le luci degli scalini accesi 😅

Beautiful location in the heart of Sasso Caveoso and very charming apartment. Erika during both check in and during the stay was very responsive.
The kitchen was not really equipped with enough plates, glasses and cutlery for everyone but there are plenty of places nearby for meals. Outside it was exceptionally hot and humid and we had some discomfort inside too (it is a porous tuff cave… it’s beautiful but nature does its course, depending on the season)

Volevo dormire in una casa grotta, e sicuramente questa lo è…. Molto suggestiva.Situata nel cuore dei Sassi. A pochi metri c è un panorama mozziafiato.
Purtroppo, ci sono stati molti contro… Stanza molto umida e mal odorante.Le lenzuola e le asciugamani, su mia richiesta cambiate il giorno, a causa del cattivo odore non siamo riusciti a dormire, ho dovuto mettere delle maglie sul cuscino per non appoggiare la testa. L oste è stata gentile a cambiarle, ma aimé ancora puzzolenti. Letto scomodissimo, ci sprofondi dentro e super umido. La pulizia in generale non è un granché, c era molta polvere. Quando siamo arrivati c erano dei rumori che provenivano dai bocchettoni dell aria, l oste per telefono ci ha fatto calare un interruttore, ma così facendo il rumore è scomparso ma non c era più ricircolo d aria. Le stanze sono molto umide e quindi tutto attorno é umido e mal odorante, abbiamo avuto difficoltà a riposare la notte. Potevamo lasciare la casetta alle 10, ma siamo scappati via alle 8 del mattino a causa della forte umidità.
