We spent a lot of time deciding on which “cave” in Matera to book and we were not disappointed with our choice.
One can see how the rooms have been carved out of the rock to form a fantastic living space. The apartment came with with a small kitchen and dining area, a sizeable sitting area and a gorgeous bathroom..
Highly recommended and if we ever get a chance, we would stay here again
All good

Wow !!! beautiful location in the sassi, the room is big and spacious. Very confortable and genuine. The furniture is nice.
We didn’t see our host at all, we were a little bit disappointed about the whole check-in process and passport photos and pictures of ourselves to get access to something we paid entirely. Plus credit card deposit. Honestly this is too much.
The bathroom is a little antique and the shower/bath is a little awkward. But it’s very clean.

Molto suggestiva.Situata nel cuore dei Sassi. A pochi metri c è un panorama mozziafiato.
Purtroppo, ci sono stati molti contro… Stanza molto umida e mal odorante.
