Great proporty, centrally located in Sasso Caveoso and about a 10min walk to the piano and Church of Purgatory. Beautiful terrace to sit early evening, terrace is shared space with all rooms (3 or maybe 4 bedroom B&B total). Room had ensuite bathroom, very clean and very tidy. Bottle of wine was a nice touch. Host was very responsive during our stay via messaging app, never met in person.
Instructions to find the property were dated. Stated to follow signs to "MUSMA" however the sign is no longer legible. Was much easier to find address using Google Maps. Also, Booking.com sent an automated message error stating host would provide pickup at garage. Addressed with host to correct, but please note you will need disregard the message and take the bus from the Saragat garage to Stop 7.

It’s location in the old town and built into rock so very authentic. Quirky and delightful, with a large bedroom and cool bathroom. Great air conditioning and a huge shared dining/kitchen area, with a large range of free breakfast foods and drinks for us to enjoy (thank you so much). Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and the hosts at the end of a phone if we had any questions.
Parking is in a carpark in the new town and a bus takes you into the old town. Good directions given as to where to get off and how to reach the apartment.
Nothing to dislike.
