Good apartment and location, bathrooms a disappointment however .

Good location. Good size for five people. Comfortable to sleep.

One shower was not usable due to broken shower head and other so small difficult to actually shower especially if you are a male. Both showers had mould and did not look clean.

The apartment need renovation the bathrooms are not clen, the shower of one bathroom are not well

Excellent location, close to famous sights and Metro station. Clean and self sufficient appartment with high speed internet and efficient air conditioning. Couldn't ask for more.

We really liked the apartments and their owner Simon! The communication was very polite, he gave detailed instructions on how to use the apartment and helped arrange airport transfers at an affordable price. The apartments have absolutely everything for a comfortable stay and cooking. There is a supply of tea, very tasty coffee (with coffee makers of different sizes), olive oil, salt, spices. From equipment: refrigerator, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products and much more. Two showers are equipped with shampoo dispensers, shower gel, hair balm of very good quality. Two toilets with a bidet - very comfortable for a large family. We lived as a family with three children, we all had enough space! Two bedrooms with large and comfortable beds and pillows and a living room with a sofa bed that is comfortable for sleeping. Large dining group. The apartments are fully thought out and very comfortable in location. All sights can be reached on foot. There are several grocery stores nearby. Special thanks to Simon for presents in the form of a sweet plate. There is also a small fridge with a paid bar - upon arrival it turned out to be very important!)

We really enjoyed staying at the apartments

We really enjoyed staying at the apartments. Nice location close to Colosseum, close to metro, etc. Cosy and relatively spacious apartments, fit for families with kids, well insulated and silent.

Exceptional

Really great place in central location in Roma, Very clean with 2 bathrooms which makes it very comfortable for bigger group/family. Fast check-in and great contact with the owner :)

Superb

The apartment is very cozy, super clean and well organized, had everything we needed for a 3 nights stay. Can accommodate up to 6 people and it's very close to the tourist attractions. It will take you 5 minutes walk from the apartment to Colosseum. Walk to Roman Forum 10 minutes. The host went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. Thank you, Simone!

Great location but not that comfortable

Great location about 20 minutes walk from main train station and 10 minutes from Colosseum. Good kitchen. We cooked dinner there several times. Great to have a washing machine. Check-in was very easy with remote access to front door and then key safe. Text contact with host only which was OK with us. Great recommendations re local restaurants. Great to have two toilets.

It was cold and wet in the apartment. It took several days for washing to dry as the heaters were only on for very short bursts which was not an issue we experienced in any of the other eight or so places we stayed in Europe. Out towels were always wet which is not great when staying 5 nights. It was very noisy in the main bedroom at night as the apartment is on a main street with lots of traffic and people walking past. We didn't use the second shower as it was small and grotty. Small sofa for a two bedroom apartment. For the limited facilities and cold temperature, I don't think it was value for money.
