The best price/quality ratio I found so far

It was absolutely amazing to stay in the Guest House Luci! The location is the best: 2 minutes by foot from the old town centre/river bank, very nice restaurants around, but most importantly, despite being so close to touristic attractions, the hotel is located in a very quiet small street, so it was absolutely cozy to sleep at night! The room had AC, therefore I always had a comfortable temperature in the room despite the heat outside. There were absolutely amazingly fresh bed linens and towels 😱😱😱 WiFi also worked nicely.

Nice hotel in good location

Lady who is working there is really nice and we had there also very good breakfast. The location is in the very center.

The twin room is small.

Nadi was as very friendly and helpfull De lokatie was fine

There facets of the bathroom wich were dangerous When i took a shower i cut my foot badly on a very sharp edge of the showerfloor Also the room i occupied was next to the street wich was very busy The roomwindows were not isolated and every noise from the street was disturbing

Home away from home

It was easy walking distance to main attractions. Warm and cozy inside with great terrace. wifi signal was good and room clean. Lady was helpful and can speak English.

Only stairs but staff carried our luggage to the room ( we were on top floor room 4 with 2 single beds ) they want cash payment but have a card machine if persistent.

great location, excellent staff, nice warm room, everything is clean, delicious breakfasts and a beautiful view on the roof.

not all places of the hotel have a good internet connection, I would recommend a little work on this.

Perfect place to stay if you want to explore the old Tbilisi

The Hostess, Miss Nadia was extremely friendly and helpful. She made a big breakfast every day with different small dishes. The night I left she even got up at 04 am to help me get a taxi to the airport. Highly recommended.

There was a nightstand table with a lamp by the table but there were no plugs in the room so the lamp was kind of pointless. The sink was not clean in the toilet

Guest house Lusi is located in fantastic place, right in the center of Tbilisi ♥️ Beautiful view from balcony, very clean and cute place, the owners of Lusi are very nice and helpful. Thank you so much for everything, we will be back for sure 🇦🇲🇬🇪

Superb

Very lovely family residence , run by a very charming and polite family. The room has all the essentials , everything you need and nothing you don't. Comfortable beds and good AC. A nice little bathroom with a good shower. Location is very good - 3 min walk from the restaurant and bar streets , easy reach of the castle etc.

The AC worked really well - this was crucial!!

I was only given the wifi password right before leaving - didn't get the full benefit. They need to have it in the room.

the Guesthouse is perfectly positioned if want to be in the centre,but away from noise.

great location with an excellent view from the roof top terrace. Lusi was very kind,I arrived at 8am,and she let me use the facilities until my room became available,which was still 2 hours earlier than it should have been.

Close to but uphill from the medan bazaar restaurant area nice room top floor with close access to common terrace but bathroom sited outside room so needs to snick lock to keep it private. Landlady a lovely person.

Super small room even for 1 person, not suitable for 2! Shower was very dirty, walls in the room was covered with mold. We dont recommend staying there.

You can find much better guest houses for these money

Location in a beautiful Old Tbilisi.

Stayed here for 15 days, most people stay for 1-2 nights so their reviews can't be objective. The room was cleaned only twice in 15 days (promised to clean every 3 days). Breakfast was very poor and not healthy at all and nothing like pictures show on booking.com. Room (facing street) had issues and bathroom wasn't good as well. I had to force the owner to change shower curtain because the original one was very short and all the water was pouring on the floor. There was no even a place to hang bath towels! Wi-Fi connection constantly drops. The street is cute but very noisy from passing cars and crazy loud delivery scooters. Also bar nearby plays music till 2-4 a.m. at max volume.

Very nice guest house with hospitable landlords. Each morning a hearty breakfast (pancakes were sooo tasty)! All pictures are realistic. Room is comfortable, clean and cozy: WI-FI, electric kettle, a small table for the laptop, private bathroom. In general good location, many restaurants and cafes around, supermarket.
