Too expensive for the value, mould on the ceiling, cold rooms, but view and breakfast are great.

Excellent location with a great view on the city. However, view is present only in some rooms. Breakfast is really nice!

Value for is not great, there’s better options for similar price in the area. Rooms are not new, there’s mould on the ceiling, wallpapers are sticking out. Poor ventilation, smell of mould in the room. When we asked for a refund after finding mould in a poor room, we were rejected. We had to pay extra 7€ per night to stay in a proper room.

I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Location

The apartment was not clean when we arrived. It smelled rotten and we have pictures to prove it. The owners were rude and refused to clean the apartment or change the bedsheets. The smell was so bad that we had to request it twice. After two days, we still had issues and the owner canceled our stay without our permission and kicked us out. We literally waited in the street while looking for other alternative hotel. She refused to give us our money back at first, but when I threatened to involve my embassy, she gave it back to us, minus the days we had already stayed. They even lied to Booking.com saying that we keep on complaining. The owners are rude and disrespectful, and the apartment is not clean. My pregnant sister and elderly mother were also there with me, and they were not treated with any respect. The owners simply said that this is what we paid for, even though the apartment was nothing like the pictures. This was a very traumatic experience.

we ordered 3 rooms for 10 people. it turn out that the details in booking was wrong for 2 rooms. . she said its old apartments that they dont have any more but she didnt take any responsibility at all. even not "i'm sorry"..of course not take less money. we order 86 m² room and another one of 30 m². we got much smaller rooms. one about 50 and very small for the other. one toilet seat was broken and they didnt fix it for 3 days. there was one bed missing so one of us slept on a inflatable matrix. bad service. no responsibility. we suggest you stay away.

Exceptional

Spacious apartment with kitchen. Love the location next to my favourite Europe Place. It's also close to the Trinity church and shops. The host helped us out when our car got towed by the police 🤣 The place has a vibe, being placed in an old building close to the old town. It had a washing machine and everything we needed for our stay.

Be careful where you park your car!

Great location and nice apartment

Great location and clean and comfortable place.Will recommend to stay if looking to find a clean place in the heart of old city.

Rooms are a little smaller if you are traveling with kids but it’s ok as it’s value for money.

Great location, cute cozy room, nice terrace in front of our room

smell of the sewer was quite bad and room was a bit noisy due to the busy street

Great place with nice rooms.

Great Location, Nice rooms and friendly owners. We was in 2 diffrent rooms, cause we stay longer in Tbilisi. The first room was littlebit too small but second room was really nice and big. For this price i really recommend this place.

Really good location with nice view. Near apartament you can find restaurants, shops and many more. Everythink was like in description. Was also clean and friendly owners.

the location is fantastic

the bathroom/ shower was a terrible, the smell, the mould, the inconsistent hot water. the beds were too old and uncomfortable

Small unit but it's comfortable. Our room has a really nice view and very clean. perfect for family and friends. near to restaurants, cable cars, and bridge of peace.

for those who have a big suitcase. there's no lift.

Nice place with wonderful view from balcony, I guess in summer it’s even more beautiful

very good location, helpful staff, they gave us another option of room, because room we chose was very close to street, good breakfast

Beautiful apartment with beautiful view

We were staying for 7 days in Tamarioni Apartment, first at all location is very good, in the heart of Old Tbilisi. The view from the balcony was really beautiful. We had two bedrooms apartment with a bath tub. Apartment are not big but very cozy, everything was new and clean, the bathroom is so lovely. Everyday they had pretty nice breakfasts on the rooftop floor with a panoramic view of the city. Breakfasts was simply and not many options but it enough for morning. We were so happy with our stay and for sure will come back again.

Very good

Great location, pretty quiet & comfortable. Convenient to restaurants, markets & historic sights. I was able to walk much of the city from here. Very safe too.

Good location, good money value for the price

Very good location, few minutes from the old city center, and close to a metro station. larg rooms, although they are a bit old and rags. They do have air conditioning which is a mast through the hot Tibilisi season. Over all, a good money value for it's price.

Great value for money at a great location

Graag location in Old Tbilisi, everything is within walking distance. We got a rook opposite of the street and it was all perfect. Good beds, clean and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was good as well.

The room was rather small.
