Very convenient location for those attending events in Malmö Arena or Malmömässan. Close to the train station, easy to reach Malmö city center as well as Copenhagen airport. There is also a big shopping mall nearby. Breakfast is nice.
Internet connection was slow and unreliable. I understand the hotel was too crowded during our stay due to the ongoing big conference, but they should be used to such loads as an arena hotel, where big events keep happening and large crowds keep coming.

Big rooms, good location, nice gym area and amazing breakfast.
Parking was a hassle, at least on weekends. Couldnt get in or out unless using the car entrance.
Initially, the room assigned to us was occupied. This is unacceptable and should not have happened.

Perfect location if you want to be close to Malmö Arena.
Great view over Öresund Bridge and Copenhagen.
Terribly slow and ineffecient elevators, specially when a lot of external guests wanted to visit the sky bar. (Consider dedicating 1 of the 4 elevators to just go back and forth from the ground floor to the sky bar and leave the other 3 for hotel guests.)
No other restaurants or bars open late in the area.
No free handicap parking in the area over night.
