Location, stuff were friendly and so nice.
The overall quality (the facilities) feels closer to an upgraded hostel than a traditional hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The Hotel is well located to walk to the main sites although some might find it a bit noisy/busy.
The room was very large and had a sofa bed and chair for relaxation; however it was a bit 'tired' and could certainly benefit from an update. However, it was comfortable and good value!

Breakfast and location
Dirty room, smelly pillowcase and bed sheets, seems they do not change it from customer to customer. Awful!!!!
