The sky lights were great addition to the room. Everything you required at your fingertips. Was great space and easy to move about, especially with someone with bad knees.
Later checkout was perfect.
Easy check in and check out and all keyless first time we did it like this and found it helpful not having to remember the Key's or key cards.
How slow the lift was. It worked but don't be in the rush for toilet.

Great location just on the edge of a busy city centre.
The room was very dirty. Had emailed ahead of our stay due to some concerning reviews I had seen about bed bugs and other pests and received a response stating that this issue was addressed and rooms are well prepared ahead of stays. We did not see any bed bugs but due to the dirtiness of the room I am glad we packed plastic sealable bags for our luggage. The mattress and skirting boards near the bed were especially dirty and the walls were pretty filthy. The bathroom also had very poor plumbing and smelt quite off as soon as we arrived. There were also a lot of dead bugs in the room. It was certainly convenient (location, lockers, very easy check in) but we will never stay with Numa again.
