It was a place to sleep.
It is old, in a block of flats. No early check in was allowed and in the heat it is a fair walk from train station, but if you arrive before 3pm you need to walk another 23 minutes if you need to store luggage and the same 23 minutes back to the apartment after 3pm to settle in. Even for 2 nights stay Eur300 was required as a deposit payment to be refunded after some time. This impact heavy on cash flow management as it doubled the rate for the 2 nights, we did get the deposit back after a while less taxes and exchange rate differences that added to what you expect to pay.
The walls are so thin, even listening to a phone on speaker bothered the people next door.
I would not stay here again.

Very close to the beach and 2 lines of metro.
It missed some things in the kitchen.

Lovely property, great for us as a family of 4 with two young children. Enough space, cooking facilities and the park was a great bonus! Walking distance to the beach and other parks nearby for kids entertainment. We used a lot of taxis to tourist attractions to save the little legs getting tired but if it was just adults then walkable to main attractions. Quiet residential area - home from home

The best part about this apartment is its location and the fact that you do not have to meet anyone to check in or out. They also provide luggage storage in some Hostel in the city center.
It was a decent apartment but the walls felt like they are made of paper. When I turned around on my bed the whole apartment could hear it because the bed was making noises. It was not really comfortable too. The size of the apartment was nice however the furniture could use some change. The pillows were not extra comfortable too and when we put on the AC it smelled like noone has cleaned it for ages.
In the bathroom you could hear wear noices from the other apartments I guess above. There is not really a storage in the bathroom too.
