Fantastic location a few steps from Piazza della Rovere, for very easy access to buses and taxis etc., and still just a few minutes' walk from Trastavere or, in the other direction, the historic center across the bridge. Also close to eateries and groceries. The apartment was quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. On-site laundry was very convenient. As other reviewers have noted. there's no lift and you have to get your luggage up some spiral stairs - but if you use duffel-style bags with a strap-on option it's no problem (well worth the location as far as I was concerned). Communication with the host was great throughout, checking in and out was easy, and she was VERY responsive and helpful with a couple of technical issues - much appreciated.

Great location
Steep spiral stairs to reach the apartment which was difficult with luggage.

It has a great location, close to everything in the Vatican
On booking.com it said a washing machine in each room, there isn’t. There is one washing machine for the entire place.
No mention of no elevator until you check in.
Our dishwasher was out of order and one of the beds had sand in it.
