The location and the interior of the hotel were excellent. The only downside was that the shower was in the same room as the bed, which made it a little uncomfortable if you’re staying with friends. Overall, though, it was a great place to stay. You can see the Danube from the window, and as I mentioned, the location is right in the city center. You can easily walk to all the major attractions without needing to use public transportation.
When we first arrived, we couldn’t enter the property because we had to complete the check-in later due to a complication. Once we finished the check-in, we had no problems accessing the property. However, while we were unable to get in, we couldn’t reach anyone for assistance. There was no one at the reception, and no one answered the phone number we called.

The location was just perfect! Only 10-15 minutes to a lot of sightseeings! But most important, trams were just in front of us! The view was magical!!!! So warm and cozy! It was simply amazing ! Easy to find! The host replied on time to anything we needed! The reception and the room was clean and smelled amazing! It was -6 outside and inside was so warm! It is my second time to Budapest and i will definitely book it next time again! Recommend Balance Home 1000%

The apartment has a really good location. It’s close to many tourist spots and public transport, so getting around Budapest was very easy.
The bathroom and sink are located directly in front of the bed, which felt a bit unusual. The toilet is in a small separate closed room. It would be nicer if the bathroom area were more modern, and a wardrobe for clothes would also be helpful.

The locality of this hotel was great and the host gave us clear instructions :) The sheets and towels were clean with nice scent. I also appreciate the possibility to make tea and coffee.
The room was very small so if you’re planning to be in Budapest for longer time, it could be a problem for you to find space (for your luggage and clothes). The drawer under sink was a little bit dirty and also a space behind the wooden cabinet. I definitely recommend to clean it.
