Beds/pillows are a bit on the aging side, but generally a comfortable place and a great value for money.

Our one-night stay at Red Stone Guest House in Kazbegi was an absolute highlight of our trip.
From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel like extended family with their genuine warmth and attentive hospitality. The room was spotless, and the beds were really comfortable. Waking up to the views of the surrounding hills and mountains right outside the window was breathtaking.
The true standout of the stay was breakfast the next morning. The lovely grandmother prepared an astonishing, plentiful feast of fresh homemade dishes, warm bread, and local treats, serving everything with the sweetest smile. It was hands-down the best and most heartwarming meal of our journey.
If you are interested in hiking up to the church, staying at the Red Stone Guest House is less than a 10 minute walk from the trail head.
