Aside from not being able to have a shower can't fault this place, helpful staff, lovely vibes and free coffee until 12pm ! No milk though if you like milk in your coffee get some from shop and take with you.
There are no tea/coffee facilities in room, no hairdryer if anyone wondering
The shower thermometer control was jammed and you could not adjust the setting. I was in a private room 101. I informed staff and they said 'will try get it sorted before next guest arrives' i was there 4 nights and couldn't was my hair as the water scalding.

A very well-located hotel in a beautiful, spacious colonial-style house that blends perfectly into the atmosphere of the city center. The location is ideal, with plenty of activities and attractions within walking distance.
The breakfast was really good, and there’s also a restaurant at the hotel, which is perfect if you’re too tired to go out. I particularly loved the garden, where you can enjoy a quiet moment, have breakfast, or simply relax.
We also got to enjoy a salsa class and a chocolate tasting, which were both fantastic experiences. The hotel also organizes different tours, making it a great base for discovering the city.
Overall, a lovely place with a lot of character and much more than just a hotel!

The room was very clean and had a great bed. There was free water and coffee all day, which helped us a lot to arrive in the city. Free walking tours are offered and great breakfast and dinners. There is a pool table and spacious meeting places throughout the property, plenty of clean bathrooms, too. Staff were very helpful and kind.
The room was very small, but we could manage. taking out the huge wardrobe would easily free sufficient space for opening bags and suitcases.

Has real lockers.
The building itself is not bad, has a bar and a restaurant.
Location is not great, Plaza Foch, Parque la Carolina, Parque Ejido are the good locations. This place unfortunately is not super safe.
Staff forces you to speak English, very annoying. They are not very customer oriented and just speak Spanish amongst themselves.
If you do not have a bottom bed it is very uncomfortable to climb up.
No kitchen.
