Nice large building in regional style, modern accommodation with good soundproof windows
Not too far from city center (30 minutes) street parking with sufficient parking spots along the road to always fine one

Location was pretty good, you can walk to La Spezia central station, it took abot 30min. Breakfast ok, I missed some fresh fruit or vegetables, but otherwise got everything I needed. Room was clean and quiet.
I wish there were some blackout curtains, we woke up very early because of the sunrise.

Long walk to train station and to ferry but doable
Breakfast was only cold food.
We stayed many places in Italy and this breakfast was the worst.
