Good location in la spezia, but street parking can become expensive. Entrance is with codes which you get by calling the owner. Facilities are okay with a good shower, AC in the room, small fridge and coffee machine. The bed side crib for the baby was placed in the room before arrival which was highly appreciated.
The appartement is on the first floor, but elevator is too small for a baby stroller, so bit of a hassle, but acceptable. With regards to cleanliness there could be improvement; bit dustry, some light stains on the bed sheets and rusty towel rack is a bad combination with white towels.

Location good, room clean
Not even a glass for water or a mug for tea! Bed hard, unpleasant outlook onto inner yard area! Parking not included and hard to find, free parking like gold dust. Best place to park is opposite Naval base about 10 mins walk.
