Lo que más me gustó fue:
-la ubicación: al lado del centro, restaurantes, tiendas y zona del puerto y a 15 minutos de la estación de tren
-que la habitación tiene baño privado
-que hay nevera en la habitación
-atención recibida por parte del personal
-la habitación estaba muy limpia y me cambiaron las sábanas y toallas al 3r día
No hay nada que no me gustara. Solo diría que yo pondría un espejo de cuerpo entero en la habitación y el pomo de la puerta de mi habitación no iba del todo bien y quizás estaría bien cambiarlo. Por lo demás todo genial y repetiría si vuelvo a la Spezia

Ponto alto, a localização.
O quarto é amplo, simples, mas atende bem. O banheiro é muito bom. Roupa de cama limpíssima.O atendimento foi organizado e satisfatório.
Senti falta de um espelho maior, tem somente o do banheiro, e de mais um travesseiro.

La habitación en sí estaba bien, tenía escritorio con silla, y una cama individual, con una ventana. Me sentí muy cómoda en toda la estadía y la anfitriona siempre atenta ante cualquier cosa. Tenía una heladerita adentro del placard. La ubicación estaba genial, a 15mins de la estación.
Lo único negativo fue que la cerradura hacía que la llave no encaje bien, y me costaba abrir y cerrar la puerta.

Location and cleanliness.
Too noisy. They should put in writing a time pm/am where everyone have to respect, the others tennants..., therefore make it as rule of the building..
