About this cabin rental
Located in Crandon, this lovely cabin for $183 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to the Northwoods! This four-season cabin is located directly across the road from beautiful Lake Metonga in Crandon. Known for its great fishery and overall recreational opportunities, Lake Metonga is one of the larger jewels of the Northwoods. Shopping, swimming, hunting, fishing, off-road racing, and snowmobiling are just a few of the yearly attractions awaiting you outside the cabin, which sits on the snowmobile trail and directly across from a park with horseshoe pits, volleyball courts, swing sets, a boat landing and sandy beach (with lifeguard). Within walking distance of downtown, our rental home features a large kitchen with hickory cabinets and breakfast bar, gas-burning stone fireplace, loft sleeping and TV viewing area, two large bedrooms on the lower level, and wrap-around patio with a full size picnic table. Whether your intent is to play hard or just relax, you will find everything you need in the Northwoods!

We stayed for the weekend while attending the wedding of a family memeber, and it was the perfect home away from home, where we were able to bring our fur babies to enjoy the experience with us!

Overall, the accommodations were what we were looking for and were good enough for our stay. The location is close to ATV/snowmobile trails and the view from the lake is nice. The owner was also accommodating of our pets. The only negative was the level of cleanliness despite the additional charges for a “cleaning fee.”

This house is in a perfect location. The lay out was great. The kitchen hardly had anything to cook with. Thst was disappointing. It could have been cleaner.

there was only a wall air conditioner upstairs which did not reach down stairs. i texted manager asking if there would be a grill and she said yes a gas grill when we arrived there was a note saying electric outlet not working for grill. i had to grease sliding screen doors for them to slide open. we were mainly disappointed about the grill, we had alot of grill food but no grill...

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for our family and a very nice property with a beautiful view from the loft. It had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect weekend getaway!
This was the perfect location for a weekend with friends in the northwoods! Access to downtown Crandon and the beach was ideal. Plenty of parking, nice size living/kitchen/dining, generously sized bedrooms.

Very impressed. Beautiful house and location. The lake and a park is directly across the street and provides great views of the lake.
I would also recommend if you have someone who may be handicapped. There are no steps to get in/out of the house or on the first floor. We visited with someone who cannot do steps and uses a walker - they had no issues getting around and also very much enjoyed their stay.
I will definitely keep this property high on my list for future visits to the area.

We had a great time. We've stayed at this property numerous times in the past and always have a great time ice fishing. This was a perfect cabin for the 3 of us to ice fish. Perfect proximity to the lake and space for all of us. Would have been a little nicer if the kitchen was had just a few more things to use (i.e. a serving spoon). A great cabin, great location.

Perfect Winter Getaway
Second year we rented for after the holidays. Host was great and very responsive. Cabin was cozy and welcoming as always. Very clean and ready to go at our arrival, with the host accommodating our early arrival. Quick trip to Ski Brule, lots of snowmobiling, and awesome walleye fishing. The cabin cannot be beat :-) Thanks Jodi and Mary.

We really enjoyed Father’s Day weekend at this cabin it was clean and very nice.
