The location was great for us as we were 5 minutes away from the British Masters Golf. It was handy having a good bar and restaurant on site
It was a bit noisy you could hear creaky floorboards above us and people would slam their doors shut and it would wake you up

Overall experience is great staff are fab and consistent
Not a criticism hopefully a helpful tip ….. my hubby is an amputee … so a shower chair with wheels would be better as it means that chair can help with moving around as well as in the shower.

Staff were excellent and the food was very good.
Rooms were very dilapidated with marks on the wall, carpet very worn and a strong smell coming from the toilet (not from me or my wife). No key cards working for the room doors.
