Very good

Yey Baleal is a great, simple place to stay for surfers or visitors of Baleal, situated right by the beach. The staff is lovely, the breakfast nice, the checkin very smooth. We also loved the café downstairs.

Wonderful!

The stay was really wonderful. Location, breakfast, room, everything was lovely. Especially the staff made our stay, we had a small surf accident and the staff was extremely sweet and helpful.

Exceptional

YEH Baleal is a family owned hotel along the main street. They designed and built the building that has a wonderful market and bakery at street level. Guest accommodations are above on the second and third floors. There’s a security entrance for guests with a courtyard and outdoor equipment storage. We were welcomed by family member and host, Maria, that did a little bit of everything! We were provided with fresh baked goods, beverages and fruit from the bakery/store in a common eating area. Our room was clean, had an efficient layout, and had a balcony view of the surf on both sides of the nearby peninsula. As a traveller — especially as a surfer — this is a great option! Thanks to Maria for making our stay so great!

Lovely room in an excellent location. Everything you need.

everything was perfect, the location, the room was very nice and clean and the staff was super friendly. I felt very comfortable and at home. the highlights were the breakfast and the roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. I would come back any time and can highly recommend this place.

Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway

Absolutely perfect ❤️ excellent communication by staff, wonderful breakfast, full kitchen, beautiful views. It felt like home! The location is awesome because it’s right above a store and within walking distance to the beach. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities that you could need. I will definitely be back. Thanks for the hospitality!

Exceptional

Wonderful bed and breakfast with amazing hosts, a sunny roof top terrace, a well equipped kitchen and a good night sleep, since the area is quiet (not for people who look for nighttime activities). Beach is just a short walk away, surfboard rental and supermarket are next door. Couldn't have wished for more! :) if you are looking for a laid back surfing holiday, this is your place.

I would come back to stay!

Friendly and helpful staff - thank you Maria and Adriana! Cleanliness was amazing and so important for me. Good water pressure in the shower.

Nothing... If anything at all... Maybe the lightbulbs in the bathroom could be a warmer shade of white, not so cold.

The very best location and amazing ocean view

The place is located just upstairs the supermarket, where village life takes place. Super central. Who's been there will know what I'm writing about. My room was facing the ocean, I could see the waves from my bed, which was exactly what I wanted. Comfortable bed. Extra blanket and a heater for those who get cold. Super helpful and welcoming staff working there. Breakfast included in the room price. Kitchen available for everyone. I couldn't ask for more.

the air conditioners and the hood did not work in the whole hotel. it was cold + terribly damp (moisture from the shower remained in the room)

Pleasant

Breakfast was advertised as "exceptional" but there are hardly any foods that contain lean protein, like eggs and cottage cheese. Only ham and yellow cheese. No hot foods available. Breakfast is passable at best. We requested and got room with sea view, but that room is very small and not on the photos provided. Also there is mould present and slight smell. Shower pressure is low. AC is present but not working.

Very good

The location in Baleal town center was superb, staff welcoming and attentive and breakfast was fresh and good. The athmosphere in the place is the one of a laid back surfer's village. Shower took a bit to get warm and there was no soap provided, but that's just minor issues. Finally l was very happy with my stay and enjoyed it...

What an amazing and cozy place to stay in Baleal! Friendly staff (thank you Adriana for the amazing breakfast!), a beautiful and clean room! A fabulous view from the rooftop! Also thank you Maria for the hospitality, for sure I will return!
