The location and the views are exceptional.
The staff is friendly.
The shower and the wi-fi are above the expectations for a surf guesthouse.
The room we got was very tiny. The kitchen, microwave, etc. are in a small common area, not in the room. The terrace is not private, but shared with other guests. The description in booking is not accurate.
Parking is very difficult in the high summer season.
The value for the money we paid was low, and justified only by the location.

The perfect location on the beach.
Very nice and helpful staff and a good breakfast served on a tray at the table outside the room that also has a direct view of the beach.
Night time music from a club across the beach that played music till 4am.
