The location is Nice, a great view of the ocean and an exclusive "down hill" directly to the beach between cliffs. The place was clean and comfy. It's away from the center, not much, but still. We really loved the small balcony.
Value for money, maybe ecause we booked in a short notice, however, it was worth less than what I paid, I wish for some vegetables for breakfast.

Location, view is amazing. clean, helpful host.
Limited facilities in the room, e.g a kettle would be nice, brush / broom would also be good to keep the floors clean of sand etc. The shower tray also had a leak.
