It’s a B&B with private bathroom and shared kitchen area. The room was comfortable and easy access. Great location near the Vatican and the A line train station. Cleaning very well each day. Very happy with the choice. Very quiet area.
The breakfast was very limited to a coffee and croissant at a local cafe. The WiFi was intermittent but probably due to the distance this particular room was from the transmitter. But these are minor

Accidently left keycard in the room. We were messaged and keycard was waiting when we got back.
Staff was friendly.
Communication was in Italian. Hard to understand.
"Breakfast" was a block away and just a coffee and a donut.
Open "low voltage" electrical box in the shower.
Toilet paper was like plastic.
