I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of both the coastline and the city, making it the perfect place to relax. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast had a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a beautiful view that made our experience even better. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was excellent, one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely come back again!

The room was clean, comfortable and offered a fantastic view! The breakfast was generous, with a wide variety of fresh and healthy options. The restaurant served some of the most delicious food I have ever tried. Definitely a must visit!!!

Unfortunately, the conditions we encountered at the hotel were extremely poor and clearly fell far below what was advertised on the platform. It is difficult to understand how this establishment can be presented and marketed as a 4-star hotel, considering the condition of the facilities and equipment, as well as the overall quality of the service we received.
From the outset, the general condition of the hotel showed an obvious lack of maintenance and care. On the stairways leading to the different floors, the walls were covered with old wallpaper that was peeling off in several places and had a noticeable musty smell, contributing to an overall impression of deterioration and poor hygiene.
Regarding our room, we encountered, among others, the following issues:
* The room and its equipment were old and in a poor state of repair;
* The television did not work;
* The toilet seat was badly stained and discoloured;
* The toothbrush and toilet paper holders were old and severely deteriorated, and had even been subjected to makeshift repairs using threaded metal rods;
* The mattress was damaged on the left-hand side, significantly affecting our comfort;
* The air-conditioning unit showed clear signs of a lack of maintenance, with extremely dirty filters;
* The air-conditioning unit was also damaged and did not even have the adjustable louvres required to direct the airflow.
The breakfast also fell far below what could reasonably be expected from an establishment advertised as a 4-star hotel. The selection was extremely poor, and the way the food was presented and served showed a clear lack of care and attention.
Furthermore, the staff responsible for breakfast did not speak English, which made communication practically impossible whenever we needed to ask for information or assistance.
There is also another matter that I consider particularly relevant and which I would like Booking.com to clarify.
On Booking.com, Hotel Aliko is presented as a 4-star establishment.
