Perfect hosts, best breakfast I have ever had! Location great, room spotless, shower excellent, so many lovely touches like home baked biscuits, fresh milk and mineral water in fridge etc. Ten out of ten, great value. Thank you Colin and Lesley, we will be back.

The property is in an ideal location close to Old Shanklin amenities and has its own car parking. It is kept to a very high standard with comfortable rooms, friendly hosts and an excellent breakfast. Thank you to Colinb and Lesley for making our annual trip to the Island so enjoyable.
It was all good. The only issue for us was that the room was upstairs which as we get older is proving more of a challenge but that is just a feature of the accommodation.
