The staff are so pleasant and helpful and willing to solve any issues straight away .The proprietor Salma is so passionate at making sure her residents have a great time . She's so gleeful and caring .Salma changed my room to suit my needs and gave a reimbursement so all was good and so efficient that we could carry on and enjoy our holiday .
The suite I ordered was disappointing not what I was expecting too cluttered and little things that didn't work like no chair only chaise long ,Jacuzzi bath very small but no stand up shower ?

The views from the hotel as we were up high and had a lovely walk leading from the hotel into Shanklin promenade so no need to take your car out.
Very comfortable furniture in the reception area where you could order tea or coffee..
The staff were exceptional 👏
Parking was a bit tight but to be fair the staff sorted it out for us....
This hotel does not have a lift so its best to check things like that out first.
I think Booking.Com should state facts like that when you are booking through them.....
