The place is overlooking the lake, you get the view from the room and also from the garden. Hostess was very helpfull even as we arrived around midnight. Parking is well organized.
It has no air conditioning, so sleeping during hot nights was very challenging even with open windows. And a car/motorbike is a must to stay here - otherwise it's too far to walk to the town center.

Ilaria a organisé deux dégustations de vins, et ca s'est très bien passé. Très jolie salle de bains. Vue epoustouflante sur le lac Majeur depuis le jardin. Capsules de café généreuses. La petite terasse de l'apartement permet de manger dehors.
Je déconseille de rentrer avec le véhicule dans la propriété (Rav4), il y a de la place dans le parking en face. Nous avons eu la visite de scorpion le matin et des guêpes et moustiques le soir. L'aménagement de la cuisine est minimum, petit frigo (genre minibar d'hôtel) et pas de micro ondes. Le bruit des voisins bruyants dans la piscine à coté. Le wi-fi permet de voir 20 minutes de films/série et c'est tout, sinon programme TV en allemands uniquement, rien en français ou en anglais.

Die Lage ist einfach überwältigend. Die Küche ist absolut in Ordnung und erfüllt alle Anforderungen. Ilaria als Hausherrin ist ebenfalls immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
Das einzige was mir einfällt, wäre die Möglichkeit des Fernsehens….wenn man es denn überhaupt will.

Nice view
Renovation on the cheap side, almost full Ikea, average location, parking not suitable for sporty/large vehicules (should be mentionned), very weak wifi, lack of any storage in the bathroom, lack of microwave, lack of kitchen gear, etc.
Also, full payment at the checkin isn't a nice experience and does not make the customer feel welcome at all.
