We had a beautiful large room with a balcony, absolutely amazing view. The private bath was located across the hall. I found the mattress and pillow very comfortable. The garden is a piece of art, and I was sad that we didn’t have time to spend any time there. Breakfast was fine, the typical Italian fare with sugary cakes and white bread. Manuel also offered cheese, cold cuts, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt, so it was more than adequate, even if it cannot be compared with what you would get in a German B&B. The table was beautifully set outside on the porch.
As others have said, the coffee was terrible.

Absolutely stunning villa surrounded by a secret garden which Manuel looks after himself ! The views are breathtaking and everything looks magical!
Manuel made our stay so special! He was so attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable! 👌🏼 if you’re looking for a gorgeous traditional Italian villa , surrounded by natural beauty, please book this place!

Nice view from room with big balcony
Very poor breakfast, coffee undrinkable, cheese only on request, get no salami etc. or eggs there.
Bed not comfortable, seperate bathroom one floor lower.
