All new and clean. The stuff very nice and helpful. Amazing breakfast where you can also choose to have something fresh from the kitchen. We received an upgrade when we arrived, instead of our double doom we received the deluxe room and it was very nice. They also have sauna and jacuzzi for an extra fee. And the view and location just perfect in front of the lake.

Two things the hotel can improve on:coffee podds
Be aware of the coffee in the room. The hotel will charge you 2 Euro a piece. I have nevere seen anywhere in the world a hotel charging customers for coffee in the room. Maybe the one and two star hotels, which they will probbably charge you for the toilet papaer also.The podds were there and used them once in a whyle, and we were charged 12 Euro¡!!!!!!. Another thing was the room. We paid for a suite but there were two windows on thr ceiling and the third one facing a construction site. Basically zero view, other than the sky. Just ask at the booking if your room has windows.
