- the hotel itself is a pure visual inspiration
- direct access to the lake was fantastic
- the stuff is very friendly and helpful
- rooms were spacious, full of natural light
- everything is baby-friendly
- to turn on / off the ac you have to always contact the reception
- breakfast was extremely dull + bananas were always out at 8:30am already; please, barely anyone wants to eat plums for breakfast, purchase a couple of more bananas and make your guests happy😀
- vanity cases hunt was also quite annoying, although the staff was super helpful and managed to find some for us

the location is excellent. lovely view, access to the little beach of the lake, big pool. It' s a bit of a lost opportunity after the refurbishment: plastic floors, old bathrooms, hairdryers of the 80s. A little more attention and this could have become a gem on the Maggiore Lake. Now it's just one of the many touristy hotels
bathroom wasn't cleaned well. aircon is an old system and you can't control from your room but need to call reception to turn off/on. hairdryer old and not working properly.
