The staff were excellent, the room was beautiful with the best views, the breakfast was great and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere with lovely food.

Temperatures are very high and it would be very convenient to have a small fridge in the room.

The position of the hotel on the island was excellent, with stunning views. The air conditioning worked well, and we had a nice terrace. The TV offered Netflix options, should you ever want to watch anything in your room (we didn't).
The hotel reception was a mixed bag, with a very helpful gentleman and a very unhelpful, and unfriendly lady on reception. She was truly in the wrong job. The lack of wardrobe space was probelmatic, as was the absence of basic ammenities, such a chair in the bedroom and table on the terrace in Room 102 (a standard room). Breakfast items would often run out, and choice was limited. There was no mini-fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in the standard rooms, such items are only availble delux rooms.
