The staff were very nice and helpful at Olympic House Hotel. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great. The location was also very convenient to get to from Heathrow airport, and also to walk/tube around London. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean, room service staff was very pleasant but staff at breakfast were not friendly.
Reception and check out we're good as well.

Great location, clise to tube station, good selection of eateries within a few streets. Safe and quiet. Very clean, comfortable bed. Staff were pleasant, they kindly put a room label on and stored something in the fridge in the fridge (not in room). Coffee and tea available from communal reception area.
Breakfast selection was limited, and the quality of coffee and tea was not good.
We shared a twin room as friends. Our towels were mixed up, but they did not change them. Therefore, we were unsure whose was whose, we spoke with staff, replaced after second request.
