Great location for everything including Hyde Park
Room was great and very clean
Unfortunately we stayed during the 2 hottest days in June 2026 and although it was clear that there wasn’t any air conditioning in the room a fan was supplied but it was extremely hot in the room! Nothing could be done but I will definitely reconsider going again if it’s that hot again! Otherwise I would highly recommend it!!

We were upgraded to a lovely large room. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Great location so close to Paddington Station and beautiful Hyde Park. Handy connections to Heathrow.

Good location.
Very tired. Room was odd layout and breakfast was pretty limited.
