Great location and very clean, the owner was lovely
Could do with a bit of a spruce up and the tea in the rooms tasted really odd but we couldn't figure out why

F Room was basic, clean only 2 cups but three in the room.
Said online check in from 2, arrived at just after half 5 to be told should have been there to check in between 2/3, when I clarified this lady said no you should have been here at 2, in fairness much further down the booking did say 2/6
Also wanted £10 deposit for remote and keys which I wasn't aware of
Was clean
