View of Thames and Canary Wharf from room, bar and restaurant ,good soundproofing, comfortable bed, and excellent rain shower. The set menu dinner was very tasty and attractively presented and the Breakfast Buffet was spectacular, nicely laid out and with a huge choice. Last but perhaps most important the staff were polite, charming, attentive, helpful and always smiling.
We struggled with controlling the lighting in the bedroom and bathroom. Couldn’t find any guidance.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect for concert goers. The security and the link to the 02 was brilliant. Spa was lovely, I booked a foot massage, perfect for before i went to see Ariana Grande standing. The hotel has amazing views. We would most definately stay again. A superb hotel with lots to see and do within the o2 arena.
A bit far out from central London. but that didn't really effect our stay, we thought we'd be able to do some sightseeing, however we didn't.
