The size and immaculate condition of the apartment. The bed was super comfortable and the bed linen and towels were excellent.

Everyone was so welcoming and couldn't do enough to help, it was clean and perfect for our needs. They even decorated the table with Mumma Mia decorations as we were going to the show as part of our trip. It was such lovely touch.
I think adding service charge to a self service buffet is a little cheeky.

The booking in was poor. Started booking with first person at reception who couldn't find the booking, Her computer 'went' down so was told to go to another receptionist but had to start at the back of the queue again.
